A mineAlloy delegation visited the Rio Tinto operations at Cape Lambert, in WA. The focus of the visit was on wear resistant materials (ground engaging tools, wear plates, crusher components) with the ultimate goal of extending the service life of key assets across the operations. The insights will be used to inform the research programs of the mineAlloy ARC training centre.
